Proofing  and ordering your images!

The current pricing for all the products will be discussed with you at your ordering session. Inital order MUST be placed at ordering session. All ordering session are held at the studio.

Prices are guaranteed for a period of 30 days following the date of the portrait session. Items purchased more than 30 days after the date of the session will be subject to the most recent price list in effect.

Images will be shown via projection at your ordering session in the studio. You ordering session will be scheduled a week or two after your portrait session. An initial order MUST be placed within 4 weeks after your portrait session or images will be deleted.

Please consider not bringing your children to the ordering session. This will allow you the opportunity to concentrate on each image and enjoy the emotions that each image will provide for you. Samples of framing & portrait albums will be available for you to review. All portraits/products must be ordered at the ordering session and payment is due at that time.

After your initial order is placed, an online gallery of your purchased images can be setup for 7 days activation for Family & Friends to place additional orders. All additional orders must be placed within the 7 day activation to receive special pricing or a re-activation fee and standard pricing will take effect.

I try to make it as convenient as possible for all my clients by offering to delivery their portrait orders if possible. This is a special treatment I want to provide you for your business, but please understand that this is not always an option. I will contact all those whose orders are ready via email and setup a schedule for all deliveries or pickups.
